Original room description:
King canopied bed non smoking room with plush swing, 52 inch tv, oven, refrigerator and dvd player.
After an hour on the phone with support, evening desk clerk insisting that they don’t cancel reservations but the reservation was cancelled, all other “brokers” insisting the reservation was still active, and finally transferring to another hotel in the same chain, room description now reads:
2 king beds, ceiling fan, stove, microwave, refrigerator, 52 inch tv, and enough pillows to start a small pillow war.
